Key Executives

Kerrie-Anne Turner
Managing Director - Australia


As Managing Director for StayinFront in Australia, Kerrie-Anne Turner is responsible for driving StayinFront’s business operations across all market segments in Australia. Kerrie-Anne manages a team of more than 50 sales, marketing and technical professionals delivering a range of CRM products and services to a diverse customer base, across industries such as Pharmaceuticals, Financial Services, Consumer Goods and Membership organisations.

Kerrie-Anne brings to this role more than 17 years’ experience in the IT industry, including new business development, professional services, sales & marketing and mergers & acquisitions. Prior to joining StayinFront, she held several senior management positions with Symantec Corporation, including global and Asia Pacific responsibilities.

Kerrie-Anne holds an MBA from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management.

Eric Moore
Sales Director


As Sales Director, Eric is responsible for managing sales and marketing initiatives across Australia. Prior to joining StayinFront Eric previously held sales, marketing and management consulting positions in chemical, high tech, professional services and publishing industries.

Eric has worked with large organisations such as Canon, Macquarie Bank, Nestle, News Limited and Toshiba and consulting firms Arthur Andersen Consulting and BearingPoint. Awarded a prestigious Australian Institute of Sport scholarship, Eric also rowed for Australia in the early nineties.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Applied Science, Master of Management in marketing and is currently completing an MBA. Eric has worked in board positions and holds a Company Directors Diploma as a member of the Institute of Company Directors.

Gloria Hooper
Managing Director for StayinFront (SEA)


Gloria Hooper, Managing Director for StayinFront (SEA), has more than 15 years of experience working with blue-chip corporations seeking tangible returns on their investments in business initiatives and technologies. She has worked with organizations across a variety of industries, including the pharmaceutical, consumer goods, finance, agriculture, airline and building sectors and has managed assignments, projects and relationships with clients throughout North America, Australasia and Asia. Her significant experience enables her to contribute unique insights and perspectives to each company’s situation, driving notable successful outcomes in their respective business environments. Hooper is currently based in StayinFront’s Singapore offices.

Thomas R. Buckley
Chief Executive Officer


In his capacity as Chief Executive Officer, Tom Buckley is responsible for establishing the company's strategic vision and growth, building a top-flight management team and developing strategic alliances with business partners.

As a founder of the holding company, Redi-Direct Marketing, Inc., Tom has overseen the growth of one of New Jersey's fastest-growing companies. Since 1990, Redi-Direct has grown from eight employees to its current total of more than 500 professional support personnel. Before founding Redi-Direct, Tom had ten years of accounting, audit, operations and finance experience with a number of companies, including five years at KPMG (formerly Peat Marwick Mitchell and Co.).

Tom is a member of the Board of Directors for StayinFront and is chairman of the Board of Directors for Redi-Direct Marketing, Inc. Tom has taught courses at Montclair State University, from which he earned a bachelor's degree in accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the New Jersey Society of CPAs. He also holds an executive M.B.A. in finance from New York University's Stern School of Business.

Tony Bullen
Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer


As Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, Tony Bullen is responsible for technical strategy and research & development as well as strategy and operations in the Asia Pacific Region. In 1991, Tony founded The Great Elk Company, an early pioneer of CRM systems. Prior to founding The Great Elk, he was software development manager for Financial Systems, Ltd. He has also held various IT roles for Abbott Laboratories, Cap Gemini America, Unisys and the Ford Motor Company.

Tony is a member of the StayinFront Board of Directors and is a frequent speaker at events and trade shows. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Auckland, and a Diploma in Business (Marketing) and a Master of Philosophy in Management Science and Information systems from the University of Auckland's School of Business.

Michael Hart
Executive Vice President of Research and Development


As Executive Vice President of Research and Development, Michael Hart directs a team of developers who are responsible for all of StayinFront's product development. Michael has been in the software development industry since 1992, when he joined Financial Systems, Ltd.

Michael played a lead role in the design and development of StayinFront's flexible CRM architecture. Michael speaks regularly at StayinFront user conferences. He is a graduate of the University of Auckland, where he earned a bachelor's degree in commerce.

Sam Barclay
Vice President of Business Development


As Vice President of Business Development, Sam has a cross-functional role encompassing the creation of new business, including building relationships with StayinFront's global accounts and establishing new partnerships that extend the services StayinFront offers to its clients. Sam has twelve years of experience implementing and managing complex CRM systems.

Sam has served as Vice President of Client Services for StayinFront, where he held responsibility for all implementation and post-implementation support. Sam joined Financial Systems, Ltd. in 1993 as a programmer. In 1995 he became Manager of Implementation Services for The Great Elk Company, where he was instrumental in The Great Elk's efforts to gain a foothold in the US market. In 1997, Sam moved to the United States as Vice President of Client Services for WindSoft, Inc.

Sam holds a Bachelor of Laws with honors from Otago University and was a lawyer prior to joining Financial Systems in 1993. He also holds a Bachelor of Information Science from Otago University.

Ken Arbadji
Vice President of North American Sales


As Vice President of North American Sales for StayinFront, Ken Arbadji is responsible for the management of operations for StayinFront's North American sales forces. Ken has worked with StayinFront in the CRM industry for 10 years. During that time, he has used his extensive experience in the industry to assist companies in solving critical business problems with CRM solutions. Ken has been instrumental in helping StayinFront grow to become a global force in the CRM industry with offices in New Jersey, Illinois, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Belgium, Australia, Singapore and New Zealand.

Prior to joining StayinFront, Ken spent seven years in the pharmaceutical industry as a sales representative and district sales manager for Rhone-Poulenc-Rorer (now known as Aventis) and Lederle Laboratories, where he utilized sales force automation to increase field performance and received numerous sales performance awards.
